If there are two things I believe in—to bring life and hope and joy, to encourage and challenge and inspire—they are: a good book & the gathering of community. Put them together, and well, it’s magic.

I’ve been gathering with a group of foster parents each week, talking about @fosterthefamilybook, but really, just talking about faith and family and foster care. It has been an unexpected gift.
